2026 ROUTINE TEAMS

All-Levels Line Dance

Skill level required: No previous dance experience required! We will be learning an advanced line dance choreography, but we have lots of time to perfect the movements.

Practices: Thursdays 7-8PM starting October 1 (8-9 of the practices will be instructional, with 2-3 being self-guided practices based on studio schedule)

Performances: Friday December 11th & Saturday December 12th, call time 6:00PM (must be available both performances unless approved to miss one ahead of registration in the routine team)

 Dress Rehearsal: Thursday December 10th, 5:30-7PM

Costume: Budget $40-$70 extra for costume, we will finalize costumes as a team and there will be some bejeweling to make them nice and sparkly!

Cost: $120+HST up front or payment plan available (3 payments of $50+HST)

All-Levels Country Swing

Skill level required: 2 blocks of beginner Country Swing or previous partner dance experience recommended

Practices: Fridays 5:30-7:30PM starting October 2

(no practice October 9)

Performances: Friday December 11th & Saturday December 12th, call time 6:00PM (must be available both performances)

Costume: Budget $40-$70 extra for costume, we will finalize costumes as a team and there will be some bejeweling to make them nice and sparkly!

All-Levels West Coast Swing

Skill level required: 2-3 blocks of beginner West Coast Swing (moving into Improver level) or previous partner dance experience recommended (Want to participate but don't have the recommended experience? Chat with Mikaela about how to get there.)

(no practice October 11)

Performances: Friday December 11th & Saturday December 12th, call time 6:00PM (must be available both performances)

Intermediate West Coast Swing

Skill level required: 1-2 years of West Coast Swing experience recommended

Note: This routine team continues past the year-end show until February 2027 where we will perform at WOO. All performers need to purchase a weekend pass for WOO 2027 to attend/perform.

Practices: Sundays 5-7PM starting October 4

(no practice October 11, or over the holidays)

You can miss up to 1 practice, if you miss more than 1 practice you will be required to book a private lesson to catch up.

Performances: Friday December 11th & Saturday December 12th, call time 6:00PM (must be available both performances) & Saturday February 6th, 2027 (WOO)

Costume: Budget $40-$70 extra for costume, we will finalize costumes as a team and there will be some bejeweling to make them nice and sparkly!

Cost: $310+HST up front or payment plan available (4 payments of $90+HST)

Register for more than one team!

You're welcome to participate in more than one team, and there is a 50% discount available for the lower cost teams. Contact Mikaela to learn more and register for your second (or third. fourth...) team.
